Storage and Cookie Notice
The short version
- Nexary uses no advertising or analytics cookies. There are no tracking pixels, session-recording tools, or third-party marketing tags on our pages.
- Nexary's own pages do not set cookies. The Nexary app keeps a few small items in your browser's local storage and session storage because it needs them to work — mainly so you stay signed in.
- Our pages do not load fonts, scripts, images or embedded content from other companies' servers. Payment and Google sign-in happen on those companies' own pages, described below.
- That is why there is no cookie banner. Everything listed here is needed for something you asked the app to do. If we ever add anything that is not necessary, such as analytics, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent wherever the law requires it before anything is stored.
What the Nexary app stores in your browser
The marketing site, the interactive demo, the Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Accessibility
statement and this notice store nothing. The items below are created only by the Nexary app
at /app.

None of these items is sent to anyone other than Nexary, and none is used to follow you around other websites.
What the assistant keeps on Nexary's servers
The workspace assistant keeps nothing extra in your browser. Your conversations, the memories you ask it to keep and the images you attach are stored on Nexary's servers, readable only by you, and are described - with how long each is kept and how to delete it - in the Privacy Policy.
Cookies and storage set by other companies
- Payments. When you choose a plan, checkout happens on the payment processor's own website — Stripe, or PayPal where we offer it and you choose it. That website sets its own cookies under its own policy. Nexary does not receive them.
- Google. Connecting Google Calendar or Gmail takes you to Google's own permission page, which is governed by Google's policies. See the Google section of our Privacy Policy.
- Network security. simplenexary.com is delivered through Cloudflare. Depending on the site's security settings, Cloudflare can set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell real visitors apart from automated abuse. Nexary does not use it for analytics or advertising.
Your choices
- Log out to remove your sign-in session from this browser.
- Clear this site's data in your browser settings to remove everything listed above. If you block site storage completely, the app cannot keep you signed in.
- Because Nexary does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, there is no tracking for a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off.
